Shepherds and Sheepdogs LTD Conference Ticket Refund Policy
**1. General Policy**
Shepherds and Sheepdogs LTD aims to provide transparent and fair guidelines for refunding and transferring conference tickets. This policy applies to all tickets purchased for our annual conference scheduled for May 2025.
**2. Refund Eligibility**
– **Before 90 Days of the Conference:**
– **Refunds:** Attendees may request a full refund of their ticket purchase.
– **Transfers:** Attendees may transfer their ticket to another individual.
– **Within 90 Days of the Conference:**
– **Refunds:** No refunds will be issued.
– **Transfers:** Attendees may transfer their ticket to another individual.
**3. Refund Request Process**
– Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our customer service team at olivia@shepherdsandsheepdogs.com.
– Refund requests received more than 90 days before the conference will be processed within 14 business days.
– Refund requests received within 90 days of the conference will not be processed, but transfer requests are permitted.
**4. Ticket Transfer Process**
– To transfer a ticket, the original purchaser must email our customer service team at admin@shepherdsandsheepdogs.com with the new attendee’s full name and contact information.
– Ticket transfers must be completed no later than 14 days before the conference and approved.
– Attendees must be at least 19 years of age
**5. Exceptions**
– In extraordinary circumstances, such as a medical emergency or family bereavement, refund requests within 60 days of the conference may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required.
